What data we collect and why
Contact form submissions
When you use the contact form on this website, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to business communications (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Spam protection
This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from automated submissions. Turnstile operates without tracking cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. For more information, see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Website hosting
This website is hosted by Webflow, Inc. As our hosting provider, Webflow processes server logs and form submission data on our behalf. Webflow acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement. For more information, see Webflow's privacy policy.

Our publication La Sperta is hosted on Substack. If you visit La Sperta or subscribe, Substack's own privacy policy applies. We do not receive personal data from Substack.
What we do not do
We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking scripts on this website. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

We combine business strategy, design and innovation in one practice. Where most consultancies pick one discipline, we work across all three — which means the strategy and the design are built together, not handed off between separate agencies.
We work with corporates finding their next move and scale-ups building towards it. Most of our clients are in the Netherlands, but we work across Europe on projects where the combination of strategy and design makes the difference.
We start with a direct conversation about what you are working on and what you need. From there, we scope the work together — whether that is a focused diagnostic, a longer strategic project, or hands-on design and development support. We do not push standard packages.
We work on project fees, not hourly rates. This means you know what you are getting before we start, and we are focused on the outcome rather than the hours. For longer engagements we structure milestones with clear deliverables at each stage.
